Ambassador Kyle O’Sullivan will host this year’s General Assembly meeting at the Embassy of Ireland.

The ICAD General Assembly is a members-only event. If you know someone who wishes to attend but is not yet a member, please direct them to the membership page on our website. As we will be voting on matters that will shape the future of ICAD, only fully paid-up members may be admitted on the day.

 Each member is entitled to one vote on items presented at the Assembly.  Agenda below:

• Election of Chair (for General Assembly meeting)

• Election of Secretary for (General Assembly meeting)

• Presentation of the Annual report (Chairperson)

• Presentation and approval of audited accounts (lead by ICAD Treasurer)

• Approval of membership fees

• Approval of budget

• Election of Board Members and Alternates

• Election of Auditor(s)

• Submitted proposals

• Miscellaneous

• The minutes of the meeting are to be approved and signed by the Chairperson and the Secretary.
