A talk for Irish people living in Denmark and those close to us, this event is focused on mental well-being, integration, and the shared experience of life abroad. Delivered by Joseph Harney, an Irish, English-speaking psychotherapist based in Denmark, the talk will explore what integration means in practice, key risk factors that can affect mental health, helpful strategies for navigating challenging periods, and an overview of mental health resources available in Denmark. It is the first in a planned series of talks to be held across the country, aimed at informing, reassuring, and strengthening connection within the Irish community in Denmark.

This talk is free for ICAD members. Price for non-members is 80kr. Proceeds raised go towards the 2027 St Patrick’s Day parade funding.
